Why do I do this? Many reasons, but #1 is for my kids. They need to learn to feed their bodies the proper nutrients in order to thrive in this world. #2, our community is sick. My friends, family, clients, and patients are sick. Those who don’t take our health advice and direction walk out the door and continue to get sicker and take more medications. I want to be the light and hope in my community. I want to teach them that the power that made the body, truly does heal the body. I want my clients to be educated and empowered to take their health into their own hands with what they put in their mouths. When life is spiraling out of control, there are very few things that you can control. What you eat is one of them. I want to provide the tools for my community to thrive. I want my community to be healthier, happier, and live a life that they love.
